Star Wars: The Clone Wars Coming to Blu-ray & DVD in October

Just announced to day at Celebration Europe, and now posted on StarWars.com, is the official release date for Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 5 on Blu-ray and DVD.

October 15, 2013 will see the release of all 20 episodes of Season 5, which includes three hours of bonus material and two director’s cut episodes.  The Blu-ray carries an MSRP of $59.97 while the DVD set is $49.98.

But if you haven’t been buying the seasons as they were released, coming the same day will be a boxed set of all five seasons and an “Art of the Clone Wars” book.  The Blu-ray set is $149.99 and DVD is $119.98.
