Obi-Wan Kenobi Teaser Trailer Debuts
Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, the newest series for Disney+, will debut on Wednesday, May 25th and today we have a teaser trailer for the show. While there have been character leaks and rumors for months, we finally see several confirmations with Inquisitors, Luke Skywalker, and Uncle Owen all seen in the trailer. Not to mention Indira Varma’s character and the many denizens of Tatooine.
We also know that the series will be set approximately 10 years following the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, which puts it near the starting point of Rebels.
Deborah Chow, who previously directed two episodes of The Mandalorian, is back for all six episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi. The series will drop weekly on Disney+ beginning May 25th, exactly 45 years since Star Wars: A New Hope opened in theaters. You can watch the trailer below or on the starwars.com website.
