Premium Format R2-D2 and C-3PO Available for Pre-order

Sideshow is offering up repeats for two more items with their Premium Format R2-D2 and C-3PO statues.  Both statues have light-up features and limited articulation such as C-3PO’s arms and R2-D2’s retracting leg and opening torso panels.

R2-D2 appears to have at least one less opening panel from his previous release and both come with new stands which emulate flooring from the Millennium Falcon.  The stands are also designed to fit together to make for a cohesive display.

R2-D2 and C-3PO are sold separately with R2-D2 coming in at $379.99 and C-3PO at $399.99.  That’s about a $30 bump from 2013 when they were first offered as a set.  Both statues are estimated to ship between March and May 2016.  Sideshow’s payment plan is available and they each have a non-refundable deposit due at the time of order.
