Line of Jumbo G.I. Joe Figures From Gentle Giant

Gentle Giant has had success with their line of Jumbo Retro Star Wars figures and now they’re expanding to do G.I. Joe figures.  Shown off in their booth at San Diego Comic-Con are five of the original Joes; Grunt, Snake Eyes, Rock N’ Roll, Zap and Stalker.

They’re the straight arm versions of the characters and will come with reproductions of their classic weapons and accessories.  The articulation, including the o-ring construction, has been copied for this up-scaled version.

Gentle Giant will begin offering these for sale this fall with a special release of Grunt in a footlocker before releasing them all on vintage style card backs in 2015.
