Rumors of an Ultimate Collector Series B-Wing from Lego started to make the rounds as early as last October.  Now, the UCS B-Wing (10227) has been confirmed in this new video from LEGOClubTV.  Shipping in October 2012, the new B-Wing will be exclusive to Lego stores and Shop.Lego.com.  No price or part count has been released yet but the model, as you can see from the video, is very innovative.  Check out the video and start saving now, this looks like an excellent Lego set!
