Force Friday II Round up – Hasbro Black Series Exclusives
Force Friday II launched the new toys and collectibles for Star Wars: The Last Jedi but even though there were a lot of new items out there, still more are on the way. That includes several store exclusives for the Black Series in both the 6″ and 3.75″ scales. There are rumors of several more exclusives, including a Black Series 6″ Luke Skywalker with Ahch-To diorama base coming to Target and Rey, also with dio base, at another retailer. These would be similar to the Kylo, Rey, and Jyn figures release at Kmart stores.
Walmart
Starting to show up in stores now, Walmart has a wave of four Black Series 3.75″ figures for The Last Jedi. It includes Luke Skywalker, Rose, Elite Praetorian Guard, and the Executioner Trooper.
Target
The Executioner Stormtooper will be a Black Series 6″ exclusive at Target. This figure has also started showing up at retail and we spotted him yesterday at our local store even though he wasn’t initially available on Force Friday II.
Amazon
Amazon has two exclusives, an Elite Praetorian Guard (with Heavy Blade) from The Last Jedi while the other, a deluxe First Order Stormtrooper, includes several accessories and weapons first seen in The Force Awakens. Both figures are available for pre-order with a release date listed as December 1, 2017. The Praetorian Guard is $24.99 while the First Order Stormtrooper is $34.99.
Toys-R-Us
Toys-R-Us has two exclusive Black Series 6″ releases, one being Clone Commander Gree who was first available during San Diego Comic-Con. He’d been showing up in stores ahead of Force Friday II and we spotted him during out midnight shopping trip. The second set is a 2-pack from The Last Jedi and features Admiral Ackbar and a First Order Officer. Gree retails for $24.99 while the 2-pack will be $39.99. Reports of the 2-pack being found in Canada have been seen on a couple websites but it doesn’t appear that the set is in the US just yet.
GameStop
GameStop also has two exclusive Black Series 6″ sets with a deluxe Supreme Leader Snoke and Guardians of Evil 4-pack. The 4-pack, which includes a prequel-era Senate Guard, Emperor’s Royal Guard, Shadow Guard, and Praetorian Guard, will be shared with Barnes & Noble and the Disney store. That set will retail for between $80 and $90 depending on which store you order from. The deluxe Snoke set includes his throne room chair and retails for $39.99.
Walgreens
Walgreens will have Obi-Wan Kenobi as a Force ghost later this Fall. He’ll retail for $20. He doesn’t appear to be listed on the Wallgreens website at this time.
