30th Anniversary Coin Movie/Logo Matrix

There are 23 different coin backs in the line to date. There are 60 individual characters in the main TAC line and the front of each coin is unique to that character. The backs cover all six films, Clone Wars and Expanded Universe. There are 12 different logos representing different factions of characters.

The Saga Legends figures have one of six generic movie fronts or a generic Expanded Universe image while the backs are labeled I, II, III, IV, V, VI and “Star Wars Expanded Universe” to correspond with each of the six films and the EU. There are four total EU coins. Two of them are gold and come with the 2007 Darktrooper and 2008 Covert Ops Trooper. The other two are black “shadow” coins and come with the 2008 Shadow Stormtrooper and Utapau Shadow Clone Trooper.

There are four event coins which have a “Star Wars 30th” front and a back specific to the event they were from. The events are Toy Fair*, Celebration IV, Celebration Europe and San Diego Comic-Con.

Three of the events had exclusive figures which have coins. The coin fronts depict the figures while the backs represent the event just as the event coins do.

VTAC figures have the same logos as the basic line of TAC figures with fronts unique to each figure.

* The Toy Fair coin also came with the mail away set of coins for the VTAC figures. Unlike the other event coins, the TF coin says “The Star Wars” on the back instead of actually naming the event.
