Road Squadron Rolls Into Star Wars Celebration

Star Wars fans celebrate the movies by collecting toys and statues, reading and writing their own stories, and cosplaying as their favorite characters. And when your favorite character from the movie is a ship or vehicle, you join Road Squadron.

On display at last week’s Celebration in Orlando were several cars and trucks that were transformed into an X-Wing, BB-8, the Millennium Falcon, or just had Star Wars graphics on them. The detail on some is incredible, down to the “cockpit” of the X-Wing and the sounds coming from the BB-8 Beetle. Others, like the station wagon, have extremely detailed paint jobs to recreate the feel of the ship.
