Officially announced last year at San Diego Comic-Con, Sideshow updated last night with an image of the upcoming Premium Format Chewbacca statue.
No additional details were included, but if the pattern stays true, we’ll probably see production photos of him next Tuesday with a pre-order on Thursday. Head over to Sideshow’s website to see the full picture and sign up for alerts so you’ll know first when Chewiee goes up for pre-order.
We read a few reports online that some Walmart stores had issued a price rollback on several Star Wars sets and, after checking locally, can confirm this. The discounts range from about $3 to about $24 on the higher priced offerings. Here’s what showed up on rollback at the local store, original retail in parentheses:
